Un appareil \u00e0 objectif d\u2019agrandissement est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u0153il pour faciliter la visualisation des tissus r\u00e9tiniens \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019application d\u2019un anesth\u00e9sique topique sous forme de gouttes mais \u00e9galement pour emp\u00eacher la fermeture des paupi\u00e8res pendant l\u2019intervention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9nergie lumineuse est appliqu\u00e9e sur la zone de la r\u00e9tine \u00e0 traiter. Au moment de l\u2019application, le patient voit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appara\u00eetre des faisceaux de lumi\u00e8re verts et blancs ou
