Dans la plupart des cas, vos pupilles seront dilat\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de gouttes lors de la consultation. Cela peut provoquer une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re et rendre votre vision floue 4 \u00e0 6\u00a0heures apr\u00e8s la consultation. Nous vous conseillons de porter des lunettes de soleil en ext\u00e9rieur et de demander \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de vous raccompagner chez vous.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un appareil crucial dans la prise en charge des pathologies r\u00e9tiniennes. La tomographie par coh\u00e9rence optique (TCO) permet de diagnostiquer certaines maladies plus t\u00f4t que les examens ophtalmologiques conventionnels ou basiques. Un diagnostic pr\u00e9coce r\u00e9duira les risques de c\u00e9cit\u00e9 permanente. Cet appareil peut d\u00e9tecter les maladies oculaires suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n

L\u2019optomap g\u00e9n\u00e8re une image num\u00e9rique de la r\u00e9tine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une technologie de balayage laser.\u00a0 Il peut faire une prise de vue de 82\u00a0% de la r\u00e9tine en une seule session. L\u2019\u00e9chographie B-scan est utilis\u00e9e pour fournir des informations sur le cristallin, l\u2019humeur vitr\u00e9e, la r\u00e9tine, la choro\u00efde, la scl\u00e8re et l\u2019orbite. Cet examen est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une sonde que l\u2019on passe sur la paupi\u00e8re. Il permet de d\u00e9tecter certaines anomalies difficiles \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer avec les autres appareils ou de fournir des informations compl\u00e9mentaires afin de confirmer un diagnostic.<\/p>\n
